Admitted to the Algiers and Paris Bars, Rafik RABIA has practiced in business law and international transactions for over a decade.
Admitted to the Algiers Bar in 2011, he developed recognized expertise in Algerian law before joining the Paris Bar in 2017. His background affords him an in-depth understanding of the legal and institutional frameworks governing economic activities in Algeria, alongside a perfect grasp of the expectations of international investors and operators.
Holding a PhD in Private Law from Aix-Marseille University, he also teaches at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. His practice focuses primarily on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, international investments, commercial litigation, and arbitration.
